you have the correct version of the
macromedia flash plugin installed on your browser (flash 5).
if you are using internet explorer on a mac, you may
experience some problems with automatic closure of popup windows.
this is due to a known fault in ie for mac involving the
flash FScommand and can only be resolved by microsoft.

latest upgrades of browsers and plug-ins.
we highly recommend monitor resolution at a minumum of 1152 x 864,
with 32 bit colour, and a minimum of 56kbs internet connection.
